I moved to Rockland County from a crowded one-bedroom apartment in New York City. Once here, I reveled in the larger living quarters, the garage for three kayaks and five bikes, as well as the luxury of taking a run without battling heavy traffic. Twelve years later, I’m happy that my kids have space to grow and access to a first rate education in Rockland’s award-winning public schools.
I've lived in Nyack, Palisades and West Nyack. My kids are elementary school students so I'm now a card carrying member of the local PTA, as well as being class mom. I squeeze in my yoga workouts and walks along the Hudson River between work, caring for my family and volunteer activities.
I hold a BA with a double major in English and French from Colgate University in Hamilton, NY. Prior to my real estate career, I designed and produced new media projects for ABC, Disney and various Internet start-ups. The events of 9/11/2001 changed my life forever, and prompted my career change.

I have sold real estate out of offices in Piermont, Nyack and New City. I've represented buyers and sellers all over Rockland County, NY and Orange County, NY, too. For the past four years, I have been a representative on the Agent Leadership Council which determines the policies and runs the day to day operation of the office. It's a very competitive environment and a lot of fun, too. Over the course of my career, my listings have sold for over 97% of asking price -- compared to about 95% for the average agent in my MLS. My listings have sold in 66 days, compared to 103 days for the average agent in my MLS. This means my clients get a higher return on their investment, and are on their way to their next desintation quickly.
I am a Realtor, a member of NAR, NYSAR, and the Greater Hudson Valley MLS. I earned my real estate sales license in 2003, my broker's license in 2005 and am currently working on my GRI. In May 2011, I will graduate from Leadership Rockland, a program designed to develop leaders who can keep the county a great place to live in years to come.
